Shipping & Delivery

 

It is my top priority to process and ship all orders within 7-10 business days! All orders will be shipped using either the USPS First Class, Priority Mail Service, or UPS. Our current processing time will always be listed at the top of our website. A shipping confirmation email will be sent when your order ships and will include a tracking number. If you didn't receive an order or shipping confirmation email, please double check your Spam folder. Make sure to add us to your address book to avoid missing any updates.  

Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping on any order over $100 (excluding cases of wax) to the 48 contiguous United States only. This excludes AK, HI, GU, VI and PR. Free shipping is calculated AFTER any and all coupons have been applied. 
For orders under $100, shipping will be calculated during checkout and will be based on volume size, location and weight. 
We process orders on business days only (Monday-Friday) We update our announcement bar with current processing times, but usually orders will be shipped within 7-10 business days. 
We are not responsible for any errors made on your billing or shipping address. Please double check to make sure all information is correct. If an order is unable to be delivered and is sent back to us due to an error on the address, the buyer will be responsible for the charges to have the order reshipped. 

Lost/Delayed Package
Once a package has left our facility, it is no longer the responsibility of BC Candles LLC. Please contact the shipping provider for help with any lost or delayed packages. 

Items Missing/Incorrect Item
Please report any missing or incorrect items to us within 5 days after receiving your order. We may require proof of error. After 5 days, we may not be able to correct the issue.
For items missing: please completely unpack everything inside the box before emailing us regarding a missing item; sometimes smaller items, such as car freshies or wax melt samples, can be hidden in the packaging.

📦 Shipping Disclaimer

Once an order has shipped, BC Candles LLC is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or theft caused by the carrier. All orders are shipped with tracking through United States Postal Service.

When tracking shows an order as Delivered, it is considered successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout. Refunds or replacements are not issued for orders marked as delivered.

If a package cannot be located, customers are encouraged to:

  • Check around their property and mailbox
  • Ask household members or neighbor.
  • Contact their local post office for delivery confirmation

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as BC Candles is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
